Affiliation application form 
In applying for affiliation I can confirm that:
1. My school is committed to a programme where pupils are helped to have home access to school ICT, linked into the school’s approach to teaching and learning.
2. My school is committed to ensuring that children of non-donating parents will have exactly the same opportunity to access school ICT resources as those of donating parents, at home as well as at school.
3. We understand the importance of our programme being financially sustainable so we will ask for financial contributions from our parents and local businesses who are “stakeholders” in the education of the young people in their community.
4. We agree to share our knowledge as it develops. This will include providing an annual update of our progress and could include inviting other schools to visit our school and learn from our experience.
If you apply to affiliate between January and March your fee will include the balance of the current year and all of 2010/11.
