About Us
Star in our Documentry

The e-Learning Foundation is planning to make a documentary film about the value of students having access to ICT at home as well as in school, how it can benefit their learning as well as how it allows parents greater communication with the school and their child’s progress.

To achieve this we are looking for families from all over the UK that have at least one child involved in a scheme that we have supported. We would then like to come and visit the child at their school and at home (or another suitable location outside of school), interviewing the whole family as well as key people in the school.

The format of the interview will be focused on what it was like before they were able to use the computer at home, how it helps with learning and what has been particularly improved because of having the computer.

We would also like to hear from a parent about how they think it has helped, what improvement it has made to communication with the school and how their involvement in their child’s education has changed.

The interviews will be very relaxed and can be arranged for a time that suits the family. We will contact the school to make arrangements for any interviews we do there.

Once completed, we will happily provide you with a DVD copy of all the recording we have relating to your family as well as a copy of the finished documentary.

If you feel that you would like to be involved with this project then please complete the form below. We will then contact you to discuss the project in more detail and the next step.

Schools
If you are a school and would like to participate then we would also love to hear from you. We welcome all opportunities for contributions to this project. If you can communicate the opportunity to your parents that would also be very helpful.
