ICT managers fear falling budgets mean falling standards

Students are being held back by falling technology standards, lack of investment and insufficient ICT facilities in schools, ICT managers worry.

According to a survey of more than 1,400 ICT managers in schools throughout the UK, many are increasingly concerned about their students' abilities to perform with ICT hardware and software left out-dated by budget constraints.
