To reserve your place at the Spring Conference please complete the form below.
Please note that payment is not taken online. An invoice will be sent to you and your place will be confirmed as soon as payment is received. Tickets will be sent to confirmed delegates 1 week prior to the event. If payment has not been received at this time you will be contacted for a credit card payment.
When payment as not been received prior to the event a ticket will not be issued and you will not be given access to the conference. There will be no tickets available on the day.
Completing this form confirms your booking and it cannot be cancelled. If you are not able to attend you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
